Goslhani Healthcare Corporate holding founded in 2015 in Denmark, with three subsidiary companies:
◈ EMS Farma ApS, founded in 2015, as an international distributor of Pharmaceutical Products
◈ EMS Medical A/S, founded in 2020 in collaboration with “MM Health Care Gruppe”, as a manufacturer of disposable medical devices.
◈ In 2021, EMS Medical changed the company form from ApS to A/S.
◈ EMS Lab A/S was founded in 2021, as high tech. laboratory.
